Kiddy is a family-owned and managed company for over 40 years, located in Bavaria, Germany. With experience in successfully working with the automotive industry and specializing in the “mobility of children”, their products are providing their customers with quality German engineering and design. As parents themselves, children’s safety has always been a priority to the owners of Kiddy.

Here at Everything Mommyhood we love our Cruiserfix Pro.

delilah seatThis is my 4.5 year old, she is 36lbs and 42.5 inches tall. This is at the smallest setting of the Cruiserfix Pro.

The Cruiserfix Pro is for children ages 4 to 12, 33lbs to 100lbs. This seat is meant to grow with your child and has your child’s maximum safety in mind. The Cruiserfix Pro adjusts to the height of your child with adjustable side wings, leg rest, and head rest so he/she will be comfortable. This seat retails for $249.99 and you can purchase here in their webstore.

The Cruiserfix Pro has a lot of GREAT features:

Superior Side Impact Protection– This basically protects your child’s head and shoulders better than any booster/car seat around.
KSA/Kiddy Shock Absorber– This is patented ONLY to Kiddy, and this, in the event of an accident, puts the point of impact on the seat and deforms the crumple zone of the seat.
Kiddy K-Fix Connectors– These help provide an easy connection to the vehicle’s LATCH connectors.
Durable Cover– The cover can be easily removed and washed on delicate no higher than 86˚ F or 30˚ C.
Handy Retraction Mechanism– Let’s you hide the Kiddy K-Fix connectors (see above) in case you have a vehicle that doesn’t use them.
Easy Adjustment– Allows for the height AND the width of the seat to be adjusted to fit your child JUST right and keep them as safe as can be.
New Integrated Diagonal Belt Guide– This allows for the seatbelt to be positioned exactly where it needs to be across your child at the collarbone for maximum safety.
Comfortable Armrests– They fit your child comfortably so your child has a comfortable seat.
Breatheable Thermotex Fabric– This innovative material allows air circulation so it’s not so hot for your child to be in his/her seat.

Check out this GREAT video showing all of the wonderful features more in depth.

The Cruiserfix Pro is available in a variety of colors.
