#sponsored Do you want to look and feel 7 years younger for the upcoming New Year?!? Check out these books I received to review for our readers! You won’t be disappointed.
We all know the holidays are rough on our waistlines. All the yummy cookies, cakes, pies, and other yummy desserts…Thanksgiving, Christmas, and even New Year’s Eve. None of these holidays are ever good to us.
I was so ecstatic to receive the 7 Years Younger – The Anti-Aging Break Through Diet book and the workbook. This is a New York Times Best Seller by the editors of Good Housekeeping, so you know it’s going to be a good book. I’m so sick of all the fad diets, the suggestions of pills/drugs to take to lose weight, I need something that is real and not just a fad.
The 7 Years Younger – The Anti-Aging Break Through Diet is a lifestyle change. It’s simply a healthy way of eating that’s nutritious and satisfying. A lot of “diets” out there don’t allow yourself enough calories, and this simple way of healthy eating does. It’s important to get your lifestyle on the right track.
It is estimated that 70% of adult Americans are overweight.Extra Poundage opens the doors to killers like heart disease, diabetes, and some forms of cancer.
That quote is directly from the book and is such an eye opener to me. As a mommy to two little girls and a husband, I need to be around as long as possible. I need to take care of myself. I need to change my lifestyle and way of eating like this book suggests, along with exercise. I need to be a role model and be proud of who I am, in my own skin.
Other than this book helping you lose weight the right way it also helps protect your bones and keep them strong, fight obesity and target belly fat, normalize or reduce blood pressure, improve eye health and many many more great things to your body.
You will even find a scheduled out meal plan for you to use or ideas for healthy foods. Along with this book is the workbook, so you can hold yourself accountable. It’s so rewarding to keep track of your healthy eating and exercise and look back at what you have done. You can write down your goals too. This will motivate you to keep going and to not give up. Remember this is a lifestyle change, so change your habits and start eating healthy for yourself!
