#spon #ad #NSNation Hubby and I finished Week 3 of Nutrisystem! This was a ROUGH week. For both of us because our weight was up and down, up and down, all week long. We still continued on, eating what we are supposed to, drinking our minimum of 8 glasses of water a day, as well as walking around the neighborhood and lots of outside time playing with the kids.
Now I will say, while I didn’t lose much this week, I lost inches! I lost 4 inches off of my waist, 3 inches off of my hips, and 2 inches off of my bust, IN ONE WEEK! I think my body may be just playing catch up with the weight I lost and is trying to figure out why I’m eating all this healthier, fiber rich foods, compared to all the junk I was eating before. Mine and hubby’s clothes are fitting much better, our bellies are shrinking, so I know this is working!
I wanted to add in another recipe I came up with this week that I love. I eat this as my power fuel or I split it up as my 3 extras throughout the day to snack on if I get hungry.
Take a packed of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix and pour half into a single size serving of PLAIN Greek Yogurt. Make sure you stir well and let it sit in the fridge for awhile. (I want to try adding some cooked and drained spinach to it as well as some onions for spinach dip.) After it sits, then you can dip you free unlimited Nutrisystem vegetables in it and you have a great, protein filled, healthy snack.

End of Week One: 241.6 lbs (Loss of 4.4lbs)
End of Week Two: 237.6 lbs (Loss of 4lbs)
End of Week Three: 236.8lbs (Loss of 0.8lbs)
TOTAL Weight Loss: 9.2 lbs
Starting Weight: 266.4 lbs
End of Week One: 263.0 lbs (Loss of 3.4lbs)
End of Week Two: 260.0lbs (Loss of 3lbs)
End of Week Three: 259.4lbs (Loss of 0.6lbs)
TOTAL Weight Loss: 7 lbs
Onto week THREE!!!!!
