I love posting recipes for my viewers and as most of you know I’m now a blogger for Nutrisystem.
I have been looking at ways to incorporate the unlimited vegetables into my diet and I came up with this simple recipe that’s really good!
Sweet Vidalia Onion
Low-Fat Italian (I used Low-Fat Kraft Zesty Italian)
In a small bowl with a lid, cut up your serving that you will have for dinner/snack/lunch or whenever. Pour your dressing over top, put on the lid, and shake. I used 1.5 Tablespoons of the dressing because I want to get the vegetables coated well and marinated, there will be dressing left in the bottom of the bowl that you won’t end up eating, so I only count 1 Tablespoon out of my Extras for the day. I usually do this a few hours before I eat it, because it marinates well and gives the veggies more flavor.
