“Potty training is the most fun part of parenting there is!”…is not something you would have heard me say. It can be so stressful and it’s tough sometimes, figuring out their cues and getting them interested in it at all! Thankfully, PottyPowerAcademy.com makes it easy and entertaining for all of those involved!
Potty Power Academy is an online educational site that is designed to give your children an active and engaging learning experience that teach the concepts and skills necessary for potty training. Potty Power Academy registration gives you the access to videos, music, posters, activities, books, and games to help make the potty learning process so much more fun for your little one. For the parents, you have access to instructions on how to coordinate the lessons with the activities, as well as a nurse that provides advice and the answers to all of your potty training questions!
Potty Power Academy takes an approach to potty training that is child-centered and child-directed. This way, your child has the opportunity to choose what they want to learn, watch, and play in order to reach success on their potty training journey. You can download little door hangers to tell Mommy and Daddy that your big kid is using the potty right now, which I thought was completely adorable. There are worksheets that you can download where your child can talk about other things they like to do, allow them to discern the differences between a baby and a big kid, or even what items are needed to be able to go to the bathroom.
There are so many sweet and applicable downloadable story videos to choose from on Potty Power Academy. My girls love the Princess-themed ones, of course. Some of the lesson videos available are a mix of real children and animated characters discussing and displaying the proper etiquette and steps for going to the bathroom. It’s a really cute way to attract their attention to using the potty themselves, like all of the kids on the movie! For the lessons, you can choose from the various stages and aspects of potty training. There is Potty Power Prep, Skills, Ready, and of course, Hygiene!
Potty Power Academy offers so many other amusing downloads to encourage toilet training, it’s all like a big learning adventure for your children! There are mazes, potty charts, coloring sheets, and even posters, pennants, certificates, and diplomas so that they can be proud and display their success for all to see! My girls love games and coloring so very much but during the potty training process, I think the potty charts become their absolute favorite. They love the rewards for each accomplishment and I think that’s why the certificates and diplomas are a fantastic idea too. They should be proud, after all, becoming potty trained is an awesome achievement and a very big step in being a big kid!
I find that teaching my children any type of skill is best done in the most fun way possible, almost as if they don’t even realize they’re learning. If you make it enjoyable and interactive, it isn’t the daunting task that so many parents think it has to be. If you find yourself a bit lost or needing any help whatsoever, I love that Potty Power Academy has the parent support section available too. I’m learning that each kid can be so different in their ways that questions arise, even if you’ve done this before!
To have all of these excellent resources in one place is a parent’s dream and you know what, it’s a child’s dream too. No more stress, no fuss, no mess, it’s just puzzles and stories and learning. Potty Power Academy makes potty training a thrilling experience for parents and children!

Thank for letting me know about this. We are helping in the potty training of my 2 year old great grand daughter. She lets us know sometimes she has to potty but still doesn't have much control over her bladder especially when she's asleep. With my daughter it took me 4 days and never had an accident.

People make such a fuss over potty training! When the parent's stressed, the kid sees it and gets stressed to. Everybody, for the most part, learns to use the toilet. Some quicker than others I don't believe is making a big deal, especially in public, when a child does what they're supposed to do.

Potty Power Academy sounds wonderful. This is definitely a different approach to potty training, and well worth looking into. Thank you for sharing this review.
