Tonight’s recipe was fantastic, and I totally recommend making it. It’s simple, cheap, and you can make it in 20 minutes or less.
Bacon Cheddar Ranch Macaroni n Cheese Pasta
Ingredients:
2 cups of cheddar cheese
1.5 cups of milk
1lb box of pasta (I used mini penne)
2 tablespoons of flour
1/2 package of bacon and bacon fat
1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
Directions:
In a large skillet cook the 1/2 pack of bacon, place bacon on paper towels, and keep bacon fat in pan.
In another large pot boil your pasta according to box directions for al dente pasta.
Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of flour while whisking, and sprinkle in packet of ranch.
Whisk in the milk (do all of this very fast to avoid any burning and/or lumps).
Add in cheese, and whisk together so sauce is mixed thoroughly.
Add in 1/2 of the bacon you cooked, make sure it’s chopped into small pieces.
Set sauce aside until your pasta is done.
Pour in hot pasta and toss together until coated.
Top with extra cheese and leftover bacon. You can also top with green onions for color.

I really enjoy mac&cheese. Ranch dressing, not at all. I like to add different cheese blends in mine. Pretty much whatever I have a taste for, and what's in the fridge at the time.

This sounds so good. We love macoroni and cheese and this just adds a little something extra instead of just plain mac and cheese. Thank you for sharing
