Summer time is upon us which means lots of get togethers and outside time, including BBQs on our grills. Everyone is used to the normal old burger, throw some meat on the grill and a piece of cheese and slap it on a bun with with some mayo and ketchup, but we have something WAY better for you to try out. You should introduce these at your 4th of July family get together. Your guests are sure to love them! To create the Best Ever Juicy Burger this summer, mix Hellmann’s Mayonnaise directly into the ground beef when preparing your burgers. The mayonnaise helps to lock in moisture as the burger cooks on the grill, ensuring a juicy, delicious burger every time. Opt for great ingredients in your burger like Hellmann’s, which is committed to cage free eggs, quality oils and vinegar.
Everything Mommyhood was recently chosen to participate in Hellmann’s (also known as Best Foods) Best Ever Juicy Burger Challenge. We went shopping for a few ingredients and came up with a SUPER yummy burger that we are excited to share with our readers. Check out Hellmann’s Best Ever Juicy Burger recipe, and then check out OUR twist on it below.
Ingredients:
1lb Ground Beef (I like using an 85/15 cut for a juicy burger)
3 oz of Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into very small cubes
Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese
1 small can of chopped green chilies, drained very well
1 Tbsp of Hellmann’s or Best Foods Mayonnaise
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of cumin
Burger Toppings (Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Guacamole, etc)
Buns
Directions:
In a bowl, throw in your ground beef, monterey jack cheese, green chilies, Hellmann’s mayonnaise, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.
Mix together, and form 4 patties. I like to score the meat down the middle with my hand into a cross to make 4 even patties.
Next throw them on the grill or even a griddle pan and cook them to your liking.
Top with a slice of pepper jack cheese.
Get your bun ready with your choice of toppings. I used lettuce, tomato, red onion, and guacamole for my burger, and it was AMAZING!!!
ENJOY! I like to serve them with a side of potato wedges, or even a nice cold salad like a broccoli salad, pasta salad, or whatever you may choose. Once you make your burgers with the addition of Hellmann’s mayonnaise in the mix, I promise you that you won’t turn back. They make the best ever juicy burger!
Are you going to try this burger recipe? What are your favorite burger toppings?

The cheese is good. I wouldn't put mayo in, or fry a burger. I only eat grilled burgers.

I cannot resist burgers!! I admittedly overeat them, but I don't care. LOL. This looks like a great recipe and this looks like a recipe I would like to make during our Memorial Day Weekend family get-together! :)
