This is a great dip for the superbowl, a birthday party, a get together, cocktail party or whatever kind of party you can think up. I made this last year and took it to a superbowl party and everyone enjoyed it.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
1 Large Chicken Breast cooked and shredded (roughly 1.5-2 cups)
8 oz block of Cream Cheese, room temp
1/2 cup of buffalo sauce (I like Franks Red Hot or Tabasco Buffalo Style Sauce)
1/2 of ranch or blue cheese dressing (I made my own ranch with hidden valley dry packet, mayo, and milk)
1 cup of cheese (you can use cheddar, mozarella, blue, or what ever you prefer. I use Cheddar)
Directions:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a oven safe dish, put the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar. (I usually poach my chicken breast at this point so I can just shred it and add it while hot.)
Mix together well.
Add in the chicken breast and stir to combine.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers or vegetables (it’s great with celery!).

I'm not fond of ranch dressing. In general, I like spinach dip. I've never tried this but, I'm glad they liked it at the party.
