I have been craving buffalo chicken, and since it’s so fattening and high calorie, I tried making my own and it was a success! Here is what I did!
Ingredients:
2 4oz boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded thin
3 Tbsp Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1/4 cup of italian bread crumbs
2 Tbsp Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
Use hot sauce as wet ingredient to coat chicken.
Mix bread crumbs and ranch together.
Coat chicken in ranch bread crumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes.
That’s it!! I served it in flour tortillas with lettuce, onion, tomato, tiny bit of ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese….like a Buffalo Chicken Taco!! It was very good, and I will be making again! Also, the breading didn’t stick all that well on the bottom, but I didn’t expect it too. There was plenty of flavor on the top and what did stick to the bottom.

The guys here always use the Franks red hot sauce so this recipe would surely be a big hit here. Thanks for sharing

Love the use of ranch flavored bread crumbs. Great idea! I dip my buffalo wings in ranch or bleu cheese dressing so this would be an interesting spin.

I have been craving chicken wings and love to have them cooked or dipped in buffalo sauce. A good spicy labor goes well with chicken. Thanks for posting the nutritional info. That really helps us stay on track.

Good for you and sounds great! Heard so many wonderful things about Frank's sauce I'm glad that you found a way to use it. I really like that this is boneless chicken. My daughter really likes buffalo chicken but has trouble eating the wings. This would be a good way for her to get the flavor.
