Yum! This is an easy go to recipe that I make often!
Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2-3/4 lb) cut into small strips
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
3 cloves of garlic minced (or use the already minced garlic in the jar)
3 Tablespoons of Butter (REAL butter)
1 teaspoon of italian seasoning
12 oz./1 box of your favorite pasta (I usually use penne or bowtie)
Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Cook your pasta to al dente. While pasta is cooking, prepare a skillet over medium heat with only 2 tablespoons of butter, add the chicken and garlic. DO NOT let the garlic burn or it will ruin the whole dish! Once chicken is cooked, move it to the side of the skillet. Add in the olive oil, 1 tablespoon of butter, and the italian seasoning. Let that cook for a min or two, once the pasta is done toss all of this together and serve with Parmesan Cheese!
Cook some garlic bread and add a salad!

I always burn garlic. I am so used to the taste at this point that it is normal! I love this dish. My kids love chicken and pasta so this would be a hit! I always love your recipes because I can make them after work!

I DO tend to burn the garlic, haha! Sounds simple and tasty, although I would probably cut back a little on the butter.
