These are so good, one of my favorites as a side to a meal or as an appetizer.
Ingredients:
4oz Cream Cheese (1/2 of regular package)
1/2 cup of Cheddar
1 jalapeno minced
1 package of crescent rolls
Directions:
Take the 4oz of your cream cheese and set aside to get to room temperature. Once that is done (or you can put it in microwave to soften it) combine the cream cheese, cheddar, and jalapeno in a bowl and mix together.
Take your crescent roll and divide it into two long triangles, try to pinch together all the pre-cut lines as best as you can.
Spread your cheese/pepper mixture over both rectangles evenly.
Roll up your rectangles long ways (I guess you can do them the other way as well, but they won’t be bites).
Cut into 1-1.5 inch pieces and put on a cookie/baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes, just keep an eye on them.
