Recipe Notes and Tips
You can use wax paper instead of parchment paper.
If you have a heart-shaped cookie cutter you could use that to make fun heart-shaped fudge.
If you want your fudge to be red instead of pink just use high-quality food dye. Gel food coloring tends to give you brighter, more vibrant colors than liquid dye.
For a variation on this recipe, try crushing up small pieces of freeze-dried strawberries and/or a teaspoon of strawberry extract and mixing them in during step 3 for a more intense strawberry flavor.
You can easily make this recipe with different flavors by changing out the flavor of the icing that you use.
Instructions to Melt the Almond Bark on the Stovetop
No microwave? Don’t worry, you can make this 3 ingredient strawberry fudge recipe on the stovetop too. You will need a double boiler or a pot with a glass bowl over the top to act as a double boiler.
- Put water in the pot as high as you can go without the bottom of the bowl touching the water.
- Bring the water to a boil
- Put your bowl on top of the pot, and make sure no steam/moisture is escaping. If you get water in your chocolate, it will not work.
- Break the almond bark into pieces and put it in the bowl, melt it, and stir with a rubber spatula.
- Heat just until melted and then remove the bowl from the heat. Continue onto step 3.

I'd probably bake a bunch of these, then eat a few next Valentine's Day. I'm not a fan of white chocolate, but I'll eat a few.

I haven't had fudge since I was a kid. My mom always made peanut butter fudge. It was so rich, I couldn't eat it now.
