While this recipe is simple, it’s a must have for the breakfast table. It’s perfect on toast, english muffins, or even a decadent blueberry muffin fresh out of the oven. I have come up with the perfect concoction that you must make. It’s easy to make ahead and keep in your refrigerator too, as it lasts until it’s gone!
1 stick of room temp butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1.5 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together until combined completely.
Place in a container or form until a log between saran wrap and refrigerate for future use. Try to not eat it with a spoon, because it’s THAT good.
