I LOVE tacos, but being on Nutrisystem I haven’t had them in such a long time. I wanted to make tacos, but without all the calories. I made some taco lettuce wraps instead. They definitely hit the spot and satisfied my craving.
Ingredients:
Taco Meat (I make mine with ground chuck, chili powder, cumin, tomato sauce, and Rotel tomatoes w/green chilies)
Lettuce (I used iceburg, but you can use Romaine, butter lettuce, or whatever other lettuce you like)
Onions
Tomatoes
Low-fat cheese
Low-fat sour cream or Fat free sour cream
Salsa
Black Olives
and any other toppings you may like.

I have never tried tacos with lettuce before! This is a great idea, especially for those watching their weight! I love how you added the olives...I will have to try that! MMm! I am hungry now! :

We like taco wraps, and haven't had them in a long time! These are great for the summer, especially when you don't want to stand by the heat frying taco shells. Plus, these are healthier.
