This Tuna & Spinach Salad is fabulous and easy to make! Seven days ago I started the 24-day Advocare Challenge and let me tell you, it has been a LIFE CHANGER! It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle change! I’ve been a fan of Advocare Spark for awhile, so I figured I’d try the products too. In just 7 days I’m down 4lbs and 3 inches around my waist, I’m happy, not tired, and just all around in a fantastic mood. I’ve been trying new foods, so I wanted to share a few since it seems a lot of these meals I’ve been eating I have come up with on my own and we need more Advocare friendly and clean eating recipes out there!
Ingredients:
Organic Baby Spinach
3 Tablespoons of Pico de Gallo
3 Tablespoons of Fresh Salsa
1 Can of Chunk Light Tuna in water, drained well
1 Wholly Guacamole, 100 Calorie Mini Pack
Directions:
These are so simple, that I didn’t take any pictures during.
-Place a couple handfuls of baby spinach on a plate.
-Open and drain your tuna, mix it together with your Pico de Gallo.
-Pour it over top of your spinach.
-Sprinkle around your fresh salsa as your dressing.
-Then spoon out your Wholly Guacamole over top.
Eat and enjoy!!!!
