Review: Solia Premium Flat Iron

I have owned a CHI flat iron for a little over 5 years now, it was the best thing I ever spent $125 on. I know that’s a TON of money for a flat iron, but I definitely got my monies worth out of it. I recently have been reading reviews on other flat irons comparable to that one and I was REALLY hesitant to try something new. My husband bought me the gift set pictured for my birthday. It was originally $233, but I scored it for $80. It’s currently for sale for $95. I have to say, I was SUPER impressed with the flat iron. The construction of it is strong, you can tell it’s an expensive piece of equipment…unlike the cheapy conair ones you can purchase at any regular retailer. I flat ironed my hair in less than 10 minutes, and that was with kinks in it. It made my hair feel super silky, I had no flyaways and it didn’t burn my hair. The plates are also covered with the Ceramic/Tourmaline and it makes a big difference.
I am extremely happy with my purchase/birthday present from my hubby, and I would definitely say it is better than the CHI….not to mention, it has heat settings where as the CHI did not. Here is the link to purchase it from folica.com!
