All of you who have followed my blog for awhile now, know that I was a stay at home mom. I recently started working outside the home in the past few weeks. I was separated and divorced last year while living in Georgia and I recently relocated to South Carolina for a fresh start with my kids. Along with that I knew I had to get a job. Ingredients:
Chicken breast diced and cooked with taco seasonings

Cheese, I used Colby Jack
Romaine Lettuce

Directions:
Place everything separate until you’re ready to eat your salad and then toss all of it together. It’s yummy if you had some tortilla strips and black olives too!
