The Zubie is one of my new favorite products, and I have been telling all my friends about it. If you’re a parent of a teenager this is a great product too. It’s so simple, and it doesn’t take that long to install and activate the Zubie Key. You just download the app in your smartphone from Google Play or iTunes, and follow the instructions to add your Zubie Key. You will enter the serial number, as well as your activation code. Your smartphone will then tell you to drive for a little bit to activate the Zubie Key. It only took about 10-15 miles of driving before an alert was sent to my phone telling me I was all set up.
Now with the Zubie, you can track all kinds of things on your vehicle such as battery life, diagnostic/engine problems, driving scores based on speed and braking habits, and much more. Your family or friends can even connect and find out where you are too, if you want them to of course, you don’t have to have that feature of it turned on. This would be great for parents of teenagers though, as you can keep track of where they are as well as how they are driving yours or his/her vehicle. It’s definitely a product I recommend and I was highly satisfied with the easy install and easy use of the app.
As you can see on my vehicle it shows no engine problems, but I do drive a brand new 2013 Ford Explorer, so I wouldn’t expect any. If you drive an older vehicle though, it would be able to tell you any issues you have going on with your vehicle along with a price range of what it may cost to fix them.
