I’m sure you’re wondering why it’s called a soup if you’re drinking it cold. They’re processed and meant to be a convenient product on the go that will meet your dietary and nutrition needs, that’s different than the norm. That being said, you most definitely can warm any of them up, add in some ingredients if you’d like, and eat them as a soup with a bowl and spoon!

You can purchase ZÜPA NOMA online. You can order variety packs, soups, shots, and more. They’re also available at nationwide retailers, in-store, and online such as Whole Foods, Amazon, and Good Eggs.

What is HPP?

HPP is cold pasteurization in pure water; it uses ultra-high pressure purified water to keep food and beverages pathogen-free and to stay fresh longer. Food and beverages are subjected 87,000 lbs. of pressure per sq. inch –– the same amount of pressure as six times the deepest part of the ocean. At this very high pressure pathogens are destroyed, but food’s taste, texture and nutritional value is preserved.

JBT/Avure is a leading global maker of HPP machines. JBT/Avure’s HPP food processing machines offer the highest output, lowest operating costs, and greatest reliability for food producers and manufacturers. JBT/Avure helps producers increase food safety and extend shelf life while providing consumers with nutritious, natural, flavorful food. I eat TONS of soup, mostly vegetarian vegetable or potato so looking forward to trying these. I do hope they will be in the supermarkets instead of just health food stores.
