We recently took a trip down to Florida to visit my family and to spend a few days in Orlando as well as hit up Epcot with some friends of ours. Simple Stroller Rental let me try out their service for free in exchange for my honest review. Let me tell you, this company, hands down, has the BEST customer service I have ever come across.
What is Simple Stroller Rental? They are a company in Central Florida that rents single or double high quality strollers for you to use while you’re in the area. They also have accessories to go along with the strollers, like rain covers, glider boards, parent consoles with cup holders, and more.
The best thing about Simple Stroller Rental, is they deliver the stroller to your hotel or rental home, and they pick it up as well! They will deliver it free within 15 miles of Disney World. Their prices are very reasonable and the cheapest I saw in the area. Much cheaper than renting a stroller at any of the theme parks too.
When I reserved my stroller online for our trip it was so easy, you could see what was in stock for the dates you needed and I had ours reserved and completed in just a few minutes. Their website is very user friendly.

Let me tell you about my experience with them. I have two girls, so I opted for the City Mini GT Double. I had never used this stroller before, but I heard a lot of great things about it. It was so easy to push, you could turn it with one hand. Folding it up was easy too. Better yet, it weighed less than 30lbs, fit in my trunk with ease, and getting it out and opening it up for use was a one step process. I was so impressed with how clean this stroller was too. There were no signs of any stains or anything.

Simple Stroller Rental had our stroller at our hotel before we even arrived and notified me by text message that it was waiting on me, as well as the pick up time a few days later. That night we decided to stay an extra day, so I called Simple Stroller Rental, which it was after business hours, so I left a message. They texted me right back stating they received my message and would put me down for another day! They also emailed me before and after with information, and thanking me for using their company.

If you rent a stroller in Disney it’s $15/day for a single and $31/day for a double. The stroller we rented is a $30 initial charge and then just $5/day. Which if you rent for a week that would only be $65/week for Simple Stroller Rental versus $217/week at Disney. Plus Simple Stroller Rental’s strollers are much more comfortable and user friendly. Their other strollers vary in price, but we had one of the most expensive ones, so you can see the prices are great and very affordable. Remember that also includes delivery AND pickup!
